Delivery terms: FCA (EX WORKS) Zenson di Piave as per Incoterms ® 2010. Delivery of goods is at the buyer’s risk. Any discrepancy related to the goods must be advised not later than 7 days from the delivery date of the goods from the Carrier. Returns of goods are not accepted without previous written Brugnotto srl’s authorization. Brugnotto srl reserves the right to introduce any manufacturing changes and improvements to its own products without prior notice, being confrmed the basic features of the described products. The pricelist may contain some printing errors. We apologize in advance for inconvenience and we inform you that eventual amendments will be subsequently indicated in the offer/order confrmation. These terms of business shall be governed by and in accordance with Treviso law-Court.
All the goods are shipped on pallets. For net orders below 500,00 € the packaging cost will be charged. Special packaging requests (wooden box, special protections, fumigated pallet as ISPM15 rules) will be also extra charged.
Customized items and/or standard products with special dimensions will be quoted.
