Goods shall always be shipped on pallet. For orders of small amounts (less than Euro 500,00), extra packaging costs shall be charged on the related invoice, depending on the packing materials that will be used. Any special packaging (wood box, ISPM 15-compliant pallets, etc.) is an extra cost that shall be charged on the related invoice.
Customized items and/or standard products with special dimensions will be quoted.
Delivery terms: FCA (EX WORKS) Zenson di Piave as per Incoterms ® 2010. Delivery of goods is at the buyer’s risk. Any discrepancy related to the goods must be advised not later than 7 days from the delivery date of the goods from the Carrier. Returns of goods are not accepted without previous written Brugnotto srl’s authorization. Brugnotto srl reserves the right to introduce any manufacturing changes and improvements to its own products without prior notice, being confirmed the basic features of the described products. The pricelist may contain some printing errors. We apologize in advance for inconvenience and we inform you that eventual amendments will be subsequently indicated in the offer/order confrmation. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Treviso (Italy).
